Additional Fees
There are no additional platform fees. Customers are responsible for any internet connection fees, mobile data charges, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by their bank, card issuer, payment provider, or telecommunications provider.
Payment Methods and Timing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Available payment methods may include credit card, debit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other methods supported by Stripe at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Service Delivery Timing
After payment is completed, we will contact the customer by email to confirm the service schedule or next steps. Delivery timing depends on the purchased service and the customer's availability.

- Mock interview sessions: dates and times are arranged by email.
- Small group courses: classes start according to the published or agreed schedule.
Customer-Requested Cancellations and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund rules are described on the Refund and Cancellation Policy. In summary, customers may request a full refund within 24 hours after payment if the service has not started. Once the service has started, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or where we cancel or cannot provide the service.
Defective or Non-Conforming Service
